Good to know before you order

  • The mail server runs in a second data centre, separate from the rest of the network – your mail still arrives during an outage there.
  • There is no webmail; you use your usual mail app.
  • Your domain stays with your provider; we set up DKIM automatically.

Questions about Email

Do I need a domain with you?
No. The domain stays where it is, you only set a few DNS records.
Can I bring my old emails?
Yes, for example by dragging the folders from the old to the new mailbox in your mail app. Need help? Write to us.
Are mails backed up?
Yes, daily.
